Let’s spread the JOY! Nothing creates feelings of joy more than giving. Working with me is also an opportunity to give back to the community and causes you believe in. Here’s how it works…Shortly before closing you will be given a form to complete that indicates what cause you would like to contribute to. Once the closing takes place a percentage of my commission earned will be used to donate for a cause of your choosing. So for every sale or purchase closed you have the opportunity to give to others.
You Decide
You can decide what charity or organization you would like to give to and The Joyful Agent Fund will make a donation to that cause in your name. Examples of charities may be: donorschose.org, Breast Cancer Association etc…

Coming soon…Don’t have a cause you want to contribute to…no problem. The money will go into a fund that will accumulate to provide $500 scholarships for HS students to use for college books. Students are asked to answer essay questions about the importance of mental health.
